Do you like what you see? This stunning new blog design makes my heart happy! Whitney is the one of the sweetest, most easy going people I have ever met. She took this idea I had, but I wasn't sure what to do with it, and turned it into a sleek, elegant, sweet, chic, sophisticated blog design that I am in love with! Do you even notice the hearts that pop up when you go over one of my headers or pictures! And the hearts that come out of the mason jars??? Such thought has been put into every detail on this blog design!
Whitney is a gem and I think when I grow up I seriously want to be her! If you are in the market for something fresh and new, you WON'T be disappointed!

So tonight I am linking up with Elizabeth from Fun in Room 4B and Kristen from Ladybug's Teacher Files for their Optimum Organization linky party!
Organization is something I am very good at. I feel that it is also important to teach my students how to be organized. Every year I have parents thanking me for teaching their kids how to be organized.
One thing I found this summer on Pinterest was this idea...
I saw this and knew it was something I had to do. For YEARS I have been sick and tired of hearing students digging for a certain color or asking "I can't find a black crayon."
This year, I have had ZERO problems with colors that they need! No noise, no complains...it is awesome!
I put crayons, markers, and colored pencils all in the same drawer! I highly recommend you doing this! I bought the 3 drawers at Target for I believe $12 each. I do need to make some new tags for it though!
I am off to check out more organizational tips! I am always looking for something new:)
I will be back tomorrow with something new I plan in doing every Friday! I can't wait to share it with you all!
What a great idea! Will be pinning for next year!

The new blog design is awesome! I love the color organization, I just don't know where I'd put the drawers in my room. Not enough counter space, for sure!
ReplyDeleteI love these drawers! I was wondering, though, where did you get the labels for them? Since you are planning on redoing them, would you be so kind to share them with us?
ReplyDeleteThanks!
I made those! I can post them when I remake them:)
