I know...it's late and I have already posted once today...BUT I have been working ALL day on these two new products and I want to share them with you!
I have been seeing a TON of MLK products being posted so I wanted to make mine a little different!
Have you seen the movie Our Friend Martin? My school watches it every year! If you have not seen it yet, you can actually watch it for FREE you YouTube!
So I decided to make my MLK unit using the movie!
This unit includes:
10 questions from the movie
posters for each question
response sheet with an answer key
2 time traveling writing activities
A character traits activity
Change Activity-how the main character Miles in the movie changed from the beginning to the end
BIG words Map for each of Dr. King's big words
I have a dream speech bubble activity
You can get this now at my TPT and TN stores:)
The other thing I created was another before, during, and after reading questions activity! I realllllyyyyy LOVE this one:)
Get it...LET US...haha!
Anyways, this unit has 36 question cards. I also made each question into a separate poster! This way you can use the questions maybe in small group or around your room somehow!
These are also in my stores!
BUT, if you want to win these for free, I am doing a flash giveaway! I will pick two winners tomorrow around 8pm eastern time to win both of these units! All you have to do is leave a comment!
I am off to bed...finally:) Have a great day tomorrow!
What a great idea for the MLK unit! As for your "lettuce"/questioning unit, makes me smile every time I look at the title! Too cute!

THANK YOU so much for the YouTube link! Our 3rd graders watch this every year together, but all we have is an old VHS (yikes!), so it's not the greatest. I'd love to win the MLK pack- anything to keep the conversation going after such a great movie :)
